There is a price quality relationship in everything we buy. You recognize with your own purchases and what you are willing to spend.

I'm new with Kindle but have read about 45 ebooks thus far and when I see an ebook for 1.99 it is associated with a feeling of "hmm". Maybe the author doesn't believe in his work?

Whereas when I see 7.99 to 9.99 I think "oh it's a good book possibly" and will more likely give it a try. What I want to say is price your books with the rest of the pack. Don't be a price leader but also don't be a price trailer either.

I would have paid much higher prices for your booksAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2587297813443360067.post-72915206378910956702012-01-06T14:34:36.558-08:002012-01-06T14:34:36.558-08:00I purchased one of each via Kindle and one in the ...I purchased one of each via Kindle and one in the store. :)
AWESOME AWESOME READS FOR ALL OF THEM.
Trying to get the word out. :)Amberhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03602891324802760839noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2587297813443360067.post-46319889478240636302012-01-03T21:17:31.900-08:002012-01-03T21:17:31.900-08:00I appreciate that you didn't chicken out, Kear...I appreciate that you didn't chicken out, Keary. Kudos to you for sharing your sales record (and even making a nice graph). I'm fascinated by what kinds of numbers an indie author can do, but you're the first I've seen to put it out there.

Congratulations and thanks for giving me hope.Nikki Jeffordhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06425343380649714766noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2587297813443360067.post-16719790949053416392012-01-03T07:56:58.377-08:002012-01-03T07:56:58.377-08:00That is so exciting! My theory (current theory that is!) being that if the reader doesn't really enjoy book one, they haven't lost too much in the process :)
Good luck for this year, Keary :)Nicolehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17648307410383451558noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2587297813443360067.post-77484811675932655772012-01-02T10:09:21.617-08:002012-01-02T10:09:21.617-08:00Awesome Keary!
