Figured it out (?)

I'm still slightly undecided but I think I'm going to start working on this new project I have come up with. I keep trying to go back to the second book in The Ever Chronicles but I just feel like its not quite the right time to continue with that project. I will finish it and my goal is to be done with it before the end of the year (at least a first draft) but I feel like I should dive headlong into my new project. I am a bit overwhelmed by starting something from scratch again but I think part of that has been because I haven't really committed to it yet.
